Therapy for Queer, Neurodivergent & Outside-the-Box Adults
You don't need to know which category you fit into.
Start with whatever is taking up the most space right now.
You don't have to fit neatly into one box to come to therapy. The things we struggle with tend to overlap—ADHD affects relationships, identity shapes how we experience our bodies, breakups make us question who we are, and sometimes figuring out one part of yourself makes you rethink everything else.
My approach is attachment-based and person-centered, but active and practical. We'll get curious about the patterns underneath what's happening, challenge the “shoulds” that aren't serving you, and build tools for the things you actually want to change.
Queer & LGBTQ+ Therapy →
Exploring sexuality, gender, identity, belonging, presentation,
or what it means to build a life outside conventional expectations.

ADHD & Neurodivergent Therapy →
Understanding how your brain actually works, untangling shame,
and building systems that fit you instead of fighting yourself.

Eating Disorders & Body Image →
Untangling food, body image, control, identity, and self-worth
through a HAES-informed, weight-inclusive approach
that doesn't make your body the problem.

Polyamory & ENM Therapy →
Navigating ethical non-monogamy, boundaries, attachment, communication
or simply figuring out what kind of relationship actually works for you.

Discernment Counseling →
A short-term, structured process for couples who are seriously considering separation or divorce
but aren't yet sure which direction they want to take.

Divorce & Relationship Transitions →
Whether you're questioning a relationship, going through a separation or divorce, or figuring out who you are afterward, you don't have to have the next chapter mapped out yet.
Walking & Hiking Therapy→
For some people, talking comes more naturally when the body is moving.
I offer limited in-person walking and hiking therapy in the Denver area
for clients who'd rather process side-by-side outdoors than make direct eye-contact.
